  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 bone-in Pork Chops about ½ inch thick
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix apple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Place on the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chops.
  • Top apples with pork chops and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, taking off the foil in the last 7 minutes for extra browning on the chops.
  • Serve with apples on top of the pork chops.
