Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small red onion finely diced
  • 3 tbsp cilantro fresh chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeno finely diced

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados in half and throw out seeds except one.
  • spoon out avocado flesh into a bowl and add in lime juice and salt.
  • Gently combine wiht a fork, not over mashing.
  • Fold in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and jalapeno.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
  • Delicious!
