  • 1 tsp Caribbean curry powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 lbs of Tilapia cut into strips

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all batter ingredients while oil is heating to 375 F.
  • Dredge each strip of fish in batter and deep fry in oil for 6-8 minutes.
  • Place on wire rack over paper towels and serve immediately
