Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces vegetable broth
  • 3 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 2 red pepper diced
  • 2 serrano chili peppers minced
  • 5 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 10 dashes of hot sauce
  • 2 cups of corn kernels drained
  • 12 ounce can of tomato paste
  • 2 28 ounce cans of crushed Italian tomatoes
  • 24 ounces cooked red kidney beans rinsed & drained
  • 24 ounces cooked pinto beans rinsed & drained

Instructions
 

  • In your slow cooker or crock-pot, add in all ingredients and combine well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or High for 2-4 hours.
  • Garnish with cheese, sour cream, avocado, and/or fresh cilantro.
